Study Preparation of job in BCS:
Literature was my favorite place. Although I got the opportunity to study English literature at Jagannath University, I was admitted to the Department of Economics at the request of my father. Because my brother was then a student of English literature at this university. Apart from literature, I have to make friends with different graphs and equations of demand, supply, equilibrium. But the economy has never attracted me. My constant interest is in literature, philosophy, history, music, national and world politics, various issues in the country and abroad. I read lots of novels, storybooks, newspapers, watched the news on TV.

My idea is that being in constant touch with these issues creates a kind of feeling in me. This deep sense of life has helped me to present the relevant issues differently in various written exams of the job.
I never read the clock. What I read while preparing for the job, I read with pleasure. When I wanted to read, I would read.
Prior knowledge helped to job in BCS:
I was good at Bengali and English since childhood, but I had problems in mathematics. Mathematics seemed difficult to me. For this, I have practiced math books of eighth and ninth class for a long time. From arithmetic, I have practiced chapters like Lasagu, Garage, Unitary Rules, Percentage, Interest, Profit-Loss, Ratio-Proportion, etc. I got very good results. The medicine for getting any class of government jobs in Bangladesh is the mathematics of eighth and ninth-tenth class and Bangla grammar book of the ninth class board.
I liked reading Bengali very much. The names of different poets and writers of Bengali literature, years of birth and death, their famous and significant literary works were at my fingertips.
Essays, expression, and letter writing come in the Bengali examination. I have put more emphasis on the grammar part to do better in the Bengali part. In the grammatical part, I have given more importance to verbs, inflections, words, language, conjunctions, conjunctions, synonyms, expressions, translations, spelling corrections, idioms, syntax — these chapters.
I read a lot of English readings. It has created a normal communication with the English language, introducing many new English words. I used to memorize new words by writing them in multiple synonyms and antonyms.
Syllabus of job in BCS:
The English exam may contain essays, letters, fill in the blanks on contemporary topics. Apart from this, I have studied Tense, Voice, Narration, Article, Parts of speech, Correct spelling, Synonyms & Antonyms, Noun, Translation, etc. From these topics, more questions come up in the examination for the post of Sub-Inspector.
In order to do well in general knowledge, I have tried to have a good idea about the latest issues of the country and abroad, science, information technology, environment, climate, history of Bangladesh, liberation war, culture, sports, economy, currency, days, awards, and honors, etc.
Similarly, psychology exams usually have IQ and quiz type questions.
Arithmetic and geometry puzzles are also given in many cases. More questions come from similarities, differences in word or number identification, problem-solving, relationship diagnoses, mathematical reasoning tests, verbal reasoning.
Questions can be from general knowledge (full form, correct answer, terminology, short note). I have got good results in this case by practicing the mental skills part of the Job in BCS and IBA admission tests.
Conclusion of job in BCS:
Finally, it is an oral exam. There is no specific syllabus in the oral exam. I studied at the undergraduate level and about Bangabandhu and the Liberation War. Apart from this, I have tried to know about my own district, Upazila, such as the name of the famous person of that area, the size of the district, the population, the name of the member of parliament, the traditional installation, etc.
